Not sure about keeping current turbo. Can someone help out?

Almost two months ago, I had my car dyno tuned at extreme motorsports. Long story short, I netted 296.8whp, and 282.5 ft lbs/tq @ a very weak 12psi. :)

I will now list the relevant(what I believe to be relevant that is)mods before I ask my most important questions.

Non BB PTE 50 trim(int. w/g-unported)
780 cc injectors
2-yr old magencor wires(day of dyno)
'7' series NGK plugs
190 lph pump(day of dyno)
stock ecu(day of dyno)
Stock FPR(Day of dyno)
pocketlogger
DNPerformance ex. manifold
Apexi 24R I/C
Apexi 3" turbo back exhaust
Dejon Performance UICP/GM-MAFT
Dejon Performance 3" intake pipe
Ported 02 housing
HKS 264/272 cams
ARP headstuds/4-layer headgasket
New timing belt kit(w/ pump+new lifters)
Complete ## pulley set
Apexi SAFC II

Key Diver chip w/ EPROM ECU(After dyno)
255 hi press. pump(After dyno)
Aero AFPR(After dyno)
New magnecor wires

Okay, to the main part. My next dyno run, the plan is to run/tune @ 22 psi. If I can dyno what I did at a low boost with the last 4 parts out of the equation, I'm led to believe that I will be overkilling my 50 trim(if tuned perfectly). I openly admit that I don't have the advanced knowledge of turbos :tease: :|, which is why I'm here :thumb: . If I indeed will be overkilling my turbo, which turbo should I go to next? Most importantly, why? If a change is needed, should I port the turbine housing for a bit of a faster spool? I prefer to stay away from a BB turbo, but I will take any good advice to heart.

Lastly, I have no current issues with the car.
Thank you and advance to anyone who can help me out here. :dsm: :talon: :laser:

22 psi should not stress out your 50 trim at all. it would actually run well because that is within the 50 trims sweet spot.

He's right, The 50 trim is plenty adequate to do what you want it to. Your fuel setup is actually enough to run a 60-1:thumb:. But any how 22psi is nothing compared to the boost some of us run on 50 trims. 12 psi though... is kinda like chaining up the pit bull that wants to maul the mail man.:D Like most of set the boost and tune for it:thumb: you'll be happy.

Hmm. I see. Well thank you to those who have provided insight thus far. I may be keeping my 50. :D
