not power but still looks like im boosting?

I fixed a boost leak that i had to day and it seems to run fine, until I took it out for a hard drive. it seems to build pressure and even releases it (wsss sound<BOV>), but the car isn't pulling.also once i get to around 5k it makes weird fluterring noise, can any one help identify the problem, thanks.

'seems' to build pressure? You don't happen to have a boost gauge do you? If not, I'd run out and get one now, you will need it anyway later on! Then you can see if and how much pressure you are making.

if your profile is correct, you better have a boost gauge with a 20g as well as at least a MBC. fluttering can come from hooking up your boost controller wrong.
