NorCal DSM Pulse Check

Whats up everyone, just throwing a thread up wanting to see who is still around and kicking here. I know of 2 other people that are still driving there dsm's around but even if yours is still under the knife, post down below. It'd be nice to know whos around, new and seasoned members. Maybe even get a possible NorCal DSM meet started up again. I started a poll just to see how many people are around and what area everyone is from. Again this is just a pulse check but the idea is to bring dsmers together, catch up with old friends, make new connections etc.

Hey Chris, the Talon was sold to a friend of Josh's several years ago. I've been wondering what's been going on with it. I really loved how the car looked, and it was a pretty basic build, outside of the 2Ga exterior pieces I swapped in. I wanted to eventually swap in all black interior, but it gets too damned hot in the summer out here.

My goal is to have the DSM up and running by end of May. Count me in on any and all shenanigans!

Good to see this got atleast some traction. If anything I was thinking of seeing if we can possibly set up a meet around summer time. Hence the pulse check well in advance as I guessed this may take some time for people to log on and see. Main thing is where would be the most convenient well centered location for as much people to wanna come out to which is why I have the poll up top. I know the community up here is small but I can see 10+ dsm's roughly being able to attend. Maybe im setting the bar low but somethings better than nothing.

So far it looks like a meet in Sac is the most practical.
I can't wait to get up into some twisties in the Mountains in my 99 GSX.

Yeah, the community has become more fragmented in recent years due to social media.

Maybe we can talk to a Mitsu dealer to see if they’d act as a host for the event? We just had a few dealers open up in the Sac region, but it could be anywhere. Wonder if the new ones would be more excited to try and get some visibility?

They did just open up a mitsubishi dealer in vacaville very recently if thats the route we want to go. I personally don't care too much about location unless were trying to make this into a NorCal MOD kind of thing, but I figured walk before running

Tough to tell, I can't find any other details about the event anywhere online. Not heavily promoted, unfortunately.
