Noob to DSM questions!!!!

Ok first off i have a 92 GS auto. I have looked a few places and did a quick search here.. i am wondering what size gas tanks these came with?

next question being i have replaced plugs, plug wires, and other then a small oil leak im getting about 120-140 miles to 9gallons. BAD BAD BAD gas milage. What do you recomend i look at next. Injectors?

Websites for OEM Interior pieces. this kid before me thought it was a rice rice baby car and painted shit and broke it as well inside. id like the stock look back if i can? have any suggestions for websites.

I really want to do a MTX swap. I know i need an ECU, Tranny, clutch etc, clutch pedal assembly, clutch cable. but i hear of a wire harness mod???? please enlighten me more.

Ok enough noob questions... i already feel stupid for not knowing this. Im used to neons... YAH!!!! I woke up... (light turned on) and now im here to a DSM.

1. All 1gs have a 16 gallon tank (www.vfaq.com).

2. Do you have a Check engine light on? Your O2 sensor might be bad, check the air filter, how much are you beating on it? If its a GST, boosting will lower you MPG.

3. Post useful info here and once you are around for 30 days and have 25 posts, you can see the classifieds here. Quite a few good adds on there for what you are looking for.

4. Not positive on the wiring harness issues with the swap. I know www.vfaq.com has quite a few answers on this topic.

My car says GS on it.. it is an AUTO Turbo FWD 92. but i did not see an actual GS spot in in profile options. AS far as the check engine light. NO there is not. I actually just took the car in for a tune up. No engine lights before or after. but still terrible gas milage. Yes i hit boost, but a 4 banger getting 12-14MPG i could see 18-20MPG with lots of boost... i just dont think the MPG is anywhere near it should be. but i am new to DSM and am here for learning.

If it's a GST then boost leaks could be causing your mileage problem. Leaking boost after it is metered means the ECU thinks it's getting more air than it actually is, so too much fuel is injected.

What are your mods? If you have upgraded injectors that will lower your gas mileage.
