Noob..question about turbos....

hi, I've got a little question.
Maybe it's stupid? Maybe not....

If I buy a FP big28 for my 2g GSX and it is dynoed at about 320 - 350 hp.
or
If I buy a Hybrid T3/T4 for ma 2g GSX wich dynoed 320 - 350 hp.

Do I have the same time for 0-60mph and 1/4mile?
or are they differen because of the full boost difference?
or....?

the big28 would probably spool faster, giving better times.

look at the dyno graphs and see exactly when peak hp and torque are reached
