I notice that alot of folks upgrade their stock oil return line. I'd like to know what the purpose is.

I only intend to run the stock 14b on a DD.

Is the purpose bling or incompatibility of some sort? I am ok with either one...just want to learn.

Thanks

People upgrade because their old oil return is leaking, or bigger turbo which requires a less restrictive drain.

If your stock oil return is in good condition and doesn't leak I'd see no problem running it, even if you upgraded your turbo to a 16g or 20g.

Very well explained. Thanks
