I know that a palm pilot with mmcd software works on our cars as a tuning tool but, my friend has a 2001 dodge neon and he would like to know if there is any software for his car that does the same thing???? any help would be appreciated, thanks

Wrong forum. I'd be suprised if ANYONE knew this one without research.
I'm pretty sure theres gotta be something since neons have a big ghay following.
