ok. im a little confused here. the car is PIG rich have .92 v to my engine coolant temperature sensor KOEO, now according to every service manual i should have 4.5-4.9v. so i figure, ok, my meter is screwy, put it on the battery and seems to be reading fine, start the engine up and then it sits around .5v, still unplugged from sensor,
i grabbed another pcm that i had on the shelf and it read differently, 2.0v.
so i figure, ok. this one is no good too. ill just go get a new one.
get a new one. .92v
did a resistance test on 5v wire to pcm 0.0 ohms resistance. i really dont want to pull back the harness, looks like a real pain in the a. so i am hoping that someone has seen soemthing like this before that can help.
thanks. BTW 2.0l DOHC turbo awd 91 talon

if it read 0.0 the wire is fine it should read like .1 to .3 no 0.0 if its not OL the the and under .4 then the wire is good. Have you checked. ECU souce voltage.
