No volts directly off ecu with key in on position. High pitched noise from ecu. Bad pcm/ecu?
Asd has power
Crank sensor has power
Coil has some power low volts.

Wrong cam sensor was used on circuit at on point. Wires d on that pigtails and probably grounded out more than once.
