420a no voltage from ecu to cam position sensor

No volts directly off ecu with key in on position. High pitched noise from ecu. Bad pcm/ecu?
Asd has power
Crank sensor has power
Coil has some power low volts.

Wrong cam sensor was used on circuit at on point. Wires d on that pigtails and probably grounded out more than once.

Check all your fuses and replays and if that checks you there may be an ecu problem. From the sound if it sounds like a crossed or bad wire to cam sensor.
