crankshaft position sensor voltage

My car is not getting spark. Mpi and fuel relay is good. Ecu, coil, power transistor good as well. I just tested the cps and god 0.12 volts while turning over the car. What are the voltage specs?

Thanks. Changed the cps and started right up.
