2G No start

Hello, 97 Eclipse, new battery but hasn't been started in years. Manual transmission. I bought new battery, have it in storage need to get it on road. I have lights but not even a click when I turn the key over. Can I get some options to look at to at least get it to turn over, also I haven't looked at gas tank but its been 15 to 20 years since that's been filled.

Please give me some examples of what to do with that. Thank you so much!

What have you checked? Does the motor turn over by hand?
