No start, no spark in 2 plug wires, not coil pack?

Edmonton,
My car is at my local dealership where they are telling me it won't start because my ECU is fried. I am getting spark out of one coil pack, but not the other. They tested both coil packs for resistance and tell me that they are both good. So they still insist that it is my ECU...

Here's the kicker, the ECU is a brand new dsmlink setup received from ecmtuning 2 days ago properly flasehd for my setup. At the suggestion of some of the dsmtuners community, I came to the conclusion that since they were asking me to replace my ECU, why not get a dsmlink? So what do you guys figure??

The dealership has told me that if they bring in an ECU for me, and it doesn't resolve my issues, then I won't be on the hook for the part cost. Or should I just take my car elsewhere?

it could be ## TR power unit which controls ## coil packs...my 1g did kinda the same thing it would start when it wanted to then somtimes it wouldnt and it would be gitting spark and fuel....come to find out my pop capaciters in my ecu were blown so it cold be ## ecu:dsm:
