No Start, Ecu problems

I own a 91 Galant VR4. I began modding it i started with a MAF-T, Then with a E-PRom Chip Stage 3. After The Stage 3 chip i installed a S-AFC witch was improperly installed and i belive led to the ecu being burnt. After This Purchest a AFC NEO wich i installed but the Car still did not start. There For I sent the ECU out to Get Check on... During this time a friend of mine help me move my car out of my drive way by using a Non Turbo ECU... The Car Turns on and moves. I no that the non turbo ecu is not a good idea but it is jus to move the car out of the way i am not Driving the car in that state... Well i was told that my ECU was not repairable and i needed a new one... I had them Send me one for $445 now i plug it into the car and in jus cranks. nothing happens, I plug in the non turbo ecu the Car starts, i switch back to the Galant ECU and i have a no start... I check Spark,Injectors,fuel Pressure, I disconnected the AFC and it still will not start with the stock ecu but will turn on with the non-turbo one...

Can any one help Me Here?

Can you post some clear pictures of the ecu case with part numbers visible, and pictures of the inside of the ecu case(the board)? It would be helpful in determining if you have the correct ecu. If you do, we can go from there and start with troubleshooting.

Yes its Possible, I can have that up for you later on today...
The numbers for the Ecu's are 5810 for the original, 6255 on the Non-turbo and 5810 on the new one...

Lets see the picture of the board inside your MD165810 and see if you really got a GVR4 ECU.
If it has a warranty seal don't break the seal my opening it up, just send the ECU back until you get a good one.
