no spark and no fuel but cranks!

Ok i'm rarely on here but i'm trying to get all the help i can becuase i'm absolutely stumped and cannot figure out my no start problem, I am going to post the link to dsmtalk so i don't have to retype everything and if you can't read the posts let me know but i need some help.

have you checked to see if the ecu is getting power?

also you could get a noid light to check to see if the injectors are coming on/off, that would say the ecu is doing its job by switching them on/off. kida like a fast pulse

I've checked the resistance of the injectors but don't have a noid light i looked in the haynes but it doesn't show any other way of testing the harness clips going into the injectors is there a way to test the voltage or resistance in those plugs? Also i can hear when the ecu is clicking on and off so yeah it's getting power.

Alrite new update went out today and rechecked everything i had before. I cranked the car over and had my g/f watch the timing belt to see if it was rotating when cranked and it wasn't, the belt is tight and everything the car sounds like it is cranking but it actually isn't. So i guess from this i've learned don't listen to your friends that don't know exactly what they are looking for and have your g/f watch it .

Anyways now i need to figure out why the belt isn't even rotating, any ideas? I'm starting to narrow things down.

If your crankshaft pulley is turning (alt and PS should then also turn via their belts) but your timing belt isn't (remove upper timing belt cover to see), then your timing belt is probably stripped down by the crankshaft pulley (inside the cover) and you now have bent valves and will have to pull the head and do a valve job.
