1G No signal on pin 55!

hey guys I'm having an electrical issue with my 90 gsx. It's not sending a pulse from the ecu to the coil pack/power transistor unit. I've allready replaced the ecu with 2 other ones,cas,ptu and coil packs. What are all the possible causes for not sending an output pulse from the ecu it's pin 55. Thank you.

E.C.U Pin #55 is a Yellow/Red Wire going to Pin #5 at the power transistor. Run a continuity test on that Yellow/Red wire from the E.C.U to the power transistor. Either the wire is broke or the wire pin connector is not making good contact.

So pin 54 does have a signal to the transistor?

No it doesn't.

If 54 & 55 have no signal, that is an ECU output control. If the CAS is not right or the wiring you could get not signal to the transistor. Usually a code is accompanying that kind of problem though.
How about the injectors? Is there injector pulse sense it obviously doesn't start?
