hey, im new to this whole dsm thing so im sorry if i ask some stupid question. My friend got sent out of state so i took his 97 eclipse GST off his hands. It has 550cc injectors a 225 walbro fuel pump, hks filter, turbox bov and mbc, a 3"down pipe (w/ a cat 
) my friend said he put a 20g turbo but the side of the turbo says garrett t04 so i dnt knw, and ive already gotten some sh#t for switching between turbos in the forums. Anyways, when i got the car it basically didnt run so i put in a S-AFC and got it tuned at ATP out here in fremont CA. To make a long story short they could only squeeze out 188 whp at 15 psi. I dnt knw turbos real well since i used to drive a celica, but i know something has to be wrong. The shop told me to check my timing and i did and its where it should be stock. If anyone is super smart w/ tuning and could help me tht would be great. Sorry this is so long. Thanks
