No power to rheostat (dimmer switch)

Ok I have been searching this for a long time and do not know where to go from here.

So I have the no dash, tail and marker light problem. Tail relay and fuse in engine bay are good and so are the fuses in the kick panel so I jumped a wire from fuse box to the green/white wire on the rheostat and everything works so I am not getting any power to the rheostat. so far I have traced it back to the pin in the kick panel where the dash plugs in to and not sure where it goes from there.

So from where the dash plugs into by the fuse box where does the wiring go from there, does it go all the way around the front of the car and back to the fuse box in the engine bay.

Is there an in-line fusible link in the green/white wire or a different relay somewhere else or do you think that wire is fried somewhere in the harness.

Anybody...So when I jump a wire from the fuse box under the dash to the dimmer all my lights come on even when the car is off...

Had the same problem and believe but not 100% certain it was the foglight fuse under the hood burnt out.

Ya thats not it. I checked all fuses under the hood and all fuses in the kick panel with a test light. I also swapped the relays and still nothing...
