Hi. I experienced a loss of power at 4k rpm above its just free reving and wont go, i was just going to do a pull from 3rd to 4th but when i pressed the gas pedal to the metal it tried to do a pull but then after 3k rpm the car was just revving and not pulling. I thought i just forgot the take my foot off the clutch but same thing on 4th gear

Sounds like you need new clutch or your hydraulics are not adjusted properly (i.e. keeping pressure on the pressure plate even when the clutch is fully released).
The car works as it should on the lower rpm, it only did that on 4k above. Although i would check on that cuz sometimes from a stop the 1st grinds hard and i can feel it on the shifter so i doubt its the clutch but maybe. I tried using the car again after letting it cooldown and the problem is gone

And the reverse goes in but whenever i tap the gas 1% it has a grinding noise not sure if its really grinding or what

Could it have loose end nuts on the main shafts?

Take a look at your master cylinder adjustment rod under the dash. If you have it extended too far it won't always release and allow excess fluid to drain back to the reservoir, especially noticeable after it gets warmed up. You would probably notice the engagement point gets higher and higher in the clutch pedal travel. But grinding into first indicates the clutch isn't releasing. Two opposite ends of the spectrum, but both clutch adjustment issues, assuming the clutch it's self is not FUBAR.

The end nuts that Marty is talking about are inside the transmission. You have to remove the top trans cover to access them.

If it does this consistently at full throttle you are needing a clutch. It is what it is.
