No Power..... CEL

I drove last night just fine and got home okay. in the morning i turn the car on and it has no power. seconds later the CEL turns on. The car is boosting to 13/14 pounds really fast with little throttle. it spools and blow off just as before but theres no power...... used a voltage meter and it looked like i got code 14 TPS. Any ideas? Wheres the tps at?

i just got done pulling the codes. 13, 14, 21, and 23. None of these were bad previous to that morning. The car wouldn't start today for a period of time. ECU maybe?
