no power below 3K rpm, why?

I'm just looking for some suggestions on my problem. I took my car into the shop yesterday and they replaced my intake manifold gasket because it was leaking and causing poor idle. they also fixed an exhaust leak so now my car is running really well. The problem is that I seemed to have lost all power below 3K rpm. I basically have to rev to 4K in first gear to get the car moving properly. What could be causing this? lack of air, fuel or what? I have a full exhaust and open air filter. Tomorrow I am going to change the fuel filter and spark plugs to see if that helps. Also, I checked and adjusted the clutch today and it's not slipping, so I don't think that is the problem.

And, it lacks low end power in every gear.

I had that problem but the harness from the mass air was disconected. Make sure it is connected.
