ABSOLUTELY no power past 3k rpm! Please help

To start it off I own a 95 GSX with a 6-bolt swap and im fairly new to DSM"S. I was driving my car home the other morning and all of a sudden it started running like shit and SUPER rich. My AFR went from 14.5-.7 to about 11.0- 12 at idle and 10.5-11.5 while creeping home. Also my boost gauge dropped all the way down as if the car was off, even when I was cruising it wasnt showing any vaccum or boost. I figured I had blew an ICP off or a vaccum leak. Got home and looked everywhere for a leak or coupler that had blown off and found NOTHING! I even went to the extent of pulling my front bumper to check my front mount and still nothing. In the mist off me looking for the culprit I started my car, only for it to struggle to stay running. It will rev to about 3k rpm, anything higher it starts missing and puttering really bad. So needless to say im stumped and in need of your assistance. Thanks for you help in advance (good or bad)
 
Are all your wires the right size, and in good condition? I remember my car was doing something similar my plugs were giving good spark but it would still misfire, one of my wires were too long and it threw off the timing I replaced the wires and it was fine, just a suggestion. Also, another question is your BOV still being recirculated or is it going to the atmosphere? If it is blowing into the atmosphere it will run like crap without a MAF translator.
 
Start by checking Timing. If Timing is Ok then Replace the CAS as stated Earlier. Remember the CAS is the "distributor" on these cars. And your symptoms sound like a bad CAS. It wont build any boost if the CAS has malfunctioned and is throwing the wrong firing order out.
 
Its next on my list, I have a hall effect (black lid) CAS but I dont have the pigtail that connects to it (*NOTE* if you have one send me a PM). I cut mine off when I wired in the RRE 2g CAS harness. Its raining been raining for a while so ill have to check the one thats on my car tomorrow. Just to be clear the CAS isn't something that works half-ass, it either works or it doesnt right?
 
Well I finally found out what my problems were, The reason for it miss firing, there was a small gap between the TB and intake mani on the bottom side. I dont know how I missed that LOL. I went ahead and replaced the CAS and re-tuned my SAFC and that got rid of the running rich issue. Thanks for all your help guys, it would have been a MOFO without ya'll.
