I am buying a 96
GST
in about 4 days. I drove it for the first time today. I took it easy at first nothing to make the guy mad. After he got out and I got to drive it myself, I felt a sputter at 3k rpm to mid 4k. I immediately thought it was a fuel problem like a clogged injector. I thought it may be a misfire but why would it only happen at those rpm's at a consistent throttle pressure (35% - 75% THR) and never at full. Also the plugs and wires were replaced not too long ago. I searched for it and all that really came up were suggestions on the wires and plugs. Seeing as how those have been swapped and its still there I am thinking fuel. I dont think its a boost leak because its hitting full boost still. Any thoughts as to pursue this problem?
