I have a 96 Galant with a 4g63 swap(i hardly ever drive this car)! I built the motor myself and have never had any problems out of the car... Recently i took my Garrett T66 turbo off for a rebuild and installed my back up 16g.. I noticed after 3 weeks with the 16g that the turbo would sometime hesitate to spool and loud lifter tick(ordered 3g lifters)!! Then one day on my 5 mile trip to work my turbo just stop working, i took the turbo off the next day and the shaft completely in half. Since then ive installed a 14b and to try to fix the problem, I loosened the oil feed line from the head while the car was running (no oil coming out at all) then i took off the VC and started the car no oil came out anywhere!!
Ive also taken out the Pressure Relief Valve cause i thought it was stuck open(nothing),no whinning coming from the motor anywhere, timing belt moving just fine, and car idles great!! Honestly i use the stock oil pressure sensor to monitor pressure and it works fine(my oil light hasnt flashed)I installed a new OEM oil pump and OEM front cover with balance shafts deleted..
Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I agree with the poster above. Also, is your oil pump working ? Are you getting any oil pressure at all ? If you don't have an oil pressure gauge at this point, get one !

have the 3g lifters been installed because if so they are a little short and the oiler holes dont line up on the head and must be shimmed. this would cause there to be no oil in the head and not going to the turbo
