back in june i pulled the motor out for having a loose timing belt and i figured i would take care of headgasket, arp's , remove balance shafts...ext. while i was there. The motor is now all back together and back in the car but i have no injector pulse.
-have spark
-CAS tested good with multi meeter, but i have yet to pull a scope pattern
-injector resistors are within speck
-MPI relay is giving power to the injectors and ecu
--is there a separate power source that goes to the ecu that only powers the injector drivers and might not be getting power even though the ecu turns on?
-CTS tested good and when i hook up MMCD with my palm its 78 deg
-TPS is at 10.9%
-MAF was at~ 45 hz when cranking
-inside MMCD you can turn on solenoids, fuel pump, and injectors, all turn on when testing besides the injectors, this leads me to believe its not a input sensor problem because this should be telling the ecu directly to turn on the injectors
-with the ecu, injectors, and resistors unplugged the black and tan wire on injector has 66 ohm's of resistance to ground, all other wires are fine
-alldata's wiring diagram does not show this color wires at the injector from the ecu or the resistors , witch leads me to believe theres another connector somewhere that i do not have in my diagram, if you know where this connector is please let me know
-the wires between the ecu and injectors have continuity
-I've switched ecu's to a known working one

any and all advice would be great...besides tracing the wire that has 66ohm's to ground im stuck

would that wire damage the ecu??

thanks for the time and space

First, MMCd can turn on the various solenoids or disable the fuel injectors not turn them on.

With the ecu, injectors, and resistors unplugged you should get infinite resistance on any of the wires at the injectors to ground. One pin runs to the injector resistor and the other to the ECU and since both are disconnected there should be no paths to ground.

I don't know offhand which injector that wire is for or which of the two pins it is, so I can't say what else might be wrong. '90s are unique but the data I have doesn't show a black and tan wire to the injectors. Closest is the black and white going to the resistor pack from injector 3.

as it turns out there are two interchangeable plugs by the TB area, one of them goes to the injector resistors , the other i think went to IAC (at work ill check later)

I believe your correct and if you mix them up the injector resistor gets really hot.
