No heat, Just blowing cold air

Well I had my built block in heat was perfect. Nice and hot. Well I ended up doing damage to the block so i pulled the motor swapped blocks and dropped'r back. Well now i don't have any heat. Car gets up the operating temperature and stays there.

I pulled the thermostat and checked it (boiling water). It works fine. Should i try flushing out the heater core? which of the hoses is feed and return?

You may need to flush the core. After the car is hot check to see if one hose to the core is hot. Also, you may have air in the coolent system.

I agree with HIGHPSI4, sounds like the heater core is clogged. You can flush it from either tube but I believe the driverside pipe is the return.
