No crank, starts and runs with starter jump

I've been needing some help for the past year on my DSM. Thought I would finally ask the professionals. I have a 1991 eagle talon nonturbo 4g63 and when I turn the key, all I hear is clicks.

My car was an automatic, now it's 5 speed. I have the clutch pedal sensor plugged in, rebuilt auto ECU, and 2 good starters. When I turn the key all I hear is the relay clicking under the dash. I've ran multiple tests an can't quite figure it out. Also have a video if some one wants to shoot me a text at (619)609-3113

I would pull the starter and get it checked, more than likely its stuck. Pick up a new one and your good to go!

Is your battery fully charged? If it isn't clickie click.

First off all, make sure your battery is fully charged. Most likely is your starter going bad though. Try to tap the starter relay with a hammer or something similar while someone tries to crank it at the same time.

Sorry, in the list of new items I forgot to mention battery. My terminals are clean, I believe everything is grounded out properly. All wires hooked up. In the past my starter terminal vibrated loose an made a weld but I fixes that and should have good connection. Both starters I have tested good at autozone
