Ok so I was driving my car the other day, the temp needle shot up, a little white smoke started coming from the engine bay so I pulled over and my upper rad hose was split, we fixed that poured more coolant in then the car turns over but doesn't attempt to start. There is no compression, the oil was milky when I pulled oil cap and when it was put on flat bed coolant leaked from exhaust. So I assumed head gasket but the cylinder head was just removed and the head gasket appears to be fine and the head doesn't seem to be cracked. But there is coolant on top of my pistons so it had to get in there somehow, anyone have any ideas?

It's the MLS Cometic HG.

I didn't even bother to check the mod and assumed you were on the composite HG. If it's a MLS gasket even the SLIGHTEST distortion in sealing surface can/will cause leakage. You need VERY flat sealing surfaces on both the block and head. I recommend the composite gasket.

That thing has to have a mirror finish in order to seal properly I stick with felpro or oem , never a problem many have ran large amounts of power on that a oem gasket.

the majority of people both in person and on this site has always recommended OEM I heard they do very well so why not stick with something proven

so i second the OEM or felpro
