Me and my buddy just replace the clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing in his 6 bolt swap 98 Gst. Before we did it had 0 clutch pressure so we knew that the throw out bearing was bad, and it was. So after getting everything all bolted up and getting it going again today we go to bleed the lines and we cant get clutch pressure! It gets to about half of what stock pressure is but no amount of bleeding will get It to be near enough. I wont go into gear with it running either? Any ideas? It has a brand new Slave cylinder, Master cylinder, Clutch line, Clutch disc, Pressure plate, and Throw out bearing. We are lost.

Did you bench bleed the clutch master cylinder before installing? The can sometimes be a pain to get all of the air out otherwise in my experiance. I may also try tapping on the slave cylunder and master while bleeding to try and knock any air bubbles that might be trapped to break free and bleed out.
