I recently installed my new punishment FMIC, during the process I also removed my exhaust manifold, turbo(14b), and my exhaust system. I put everything back on and I am almost sure that everything is hooked up right but when I drive it I can not build any boost. The guage goes from like 20lbs of vacuum up to 0lbs and will not build anymore. The only difference in the car is the new front mount and the only exhaust I have on is a 2.5" downpipe. I have tested the wastegate by applying air from a compressor and it opens and closes fine. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

ok so lets try and backtrack a little here.
1. the car boosted fine before you installed the intercooler
2. after the intercooler install there is no boost

how does the car idle? tripple check all of the intercooler pipe conections. also, look at ALL of your vacuum hoses and make sure they are connected, especially the one coming off the fuel pressure regulator and fuel pressure solinoid.

All the intercooler pipes are fine. I did the emissions delete per taboo speed shop so I do not have a line running to the fuel pressure solenoid.

Ok well I have good and bad news. I have been driving my car back and forth to work for the last couple of days to see if it would help. When I was leaving work today the turbo started working again, I could build all kinds of boost and it was pulling fine. By the time I got home it was smoking pretty bad. I will have to check tommorrow to see if it is turbo seals of valve seals. But I am just happy that I got it to start boosting again. Thanks for all the help guys.
