Installed small 16g, manifolod, open dump, and downpipe yesterday. Took the car out and everything was running great, After 5 or 6 good pulls, the car just stopped boosting. I pulled the dump and o2 housing off today, and waste gate is closed and internals to turbo are still good. I used all new gaskets with the instsall also. I mean i literally get 0 boost on my aftermarket gauge.

This doesnt make sense to me, seeing the flapper is closed and all seems to be sealed before turbo. Also the car still runs fine, no misfires, just is ungodly slow.

The 16 had 0 miles when installed

Is it a good aftermarket boost gauge or is it an ebay cheapy? Have one of your charge pipes blown off?

All post outlet pipes are fine and still connected.

Boost gauge is autometer, bought brand new in box. You can tell there is no boost at all. The car is extrmely slow

You need to do a boost leak test and check your vacuum lines to the waste gate actuator and bov.

waste gate arm and cotter pin intact. with the o2 housing off i can see it completely closed. Theres no metal on the dipstick and a dead hole would give a misfire.

Vacuum line is ran straight from jpipe to wg.
