no boost & wierd nosie???

Ok my i started my car after sitting for a while and and took off and had i halfway down and didnt really seem to be going like usual so i pinned it and didnt seem to go any faster. The revs went up so slow. And hitting a max PSI of like 3. I went home and let it sit then drove it again. i started it and pinned it down the street and it started to sound like a WRX like a double exhaust sound and at WOT it coulda hit 60 from zero like in 30 seconds. Whats going on?

Boost leak test.

While you're doing your boost leak test, check the shaft play on the turbo by trying to wiggle the compressor wheel. Grab it with your fingers and try to push it up and down, side to side, and in and out. While you're doing that, make sure it spins freely. Any play indicates that the turbo seals/bearings are failing. When my T25 went out, boost decreased from 12 to 10 to 7 to 0 over the course of a two days.
