Okay, so I put on my FP 68 HTA with the ETS Race FMIC Kit last weekend and installed the AEM Tru Boost.
On the first drive around i set the AEM controller to spring pressure and my gauge showed 0.6 bar (~8 psi) from 3k to redline.
So i was going to up the boost a little bit, but then the trouble began.
I set the duty cycle to about 40% but the car still held the 8 psi to 5k and only then the AEM solenoid seemed to start working so the boost rose like it should and stayed there until redline.

So I am wondering what would cause this...

Yeah, it is really steady!

I have to say that i am missing a gasket between the turbo and the j pipe.
I am going to build one on my own this weekend because of the lack of dsm turbo parts here in europe.
I also have to build a BL Tester yet.

But looking on the symptoms it seems like the boost controller just kicks in on high rpms. also the turbo spools as fast as it should.

I have no idea what the hell is wrong!

I also have to say that my wideband showed me 12s when i was going WOT the first time!

I put all of my parts in at one time, so i don´t have a reference how the fuel mixture was when i was still stock, but i dialed everything in like the injectors and GM Maf.

So maybe the lean mixture has also something to do with my problem?
