I finally got my gsx started today. The timing is off and there are a few vacuum lines that aren't hooked up. Anyway, I noticed that it idles like it is cammed and when you push the clutch in it tries to die. I got it to run long enough to drive down the street and I noticed I only made 1psi of boost. Could either of those two problems cause it not to boost at all and to stumble when the clutch is depressed?

While a boost leak could be the cause of your rough idle and wanting to die, the boost issue could also be made by a pre-turbo exhaust leak. For pete sake finish getting the car in proper running order, IE hook up your vacuum lines and redo your timing. Then, do a boost leak test. :thumb:

Thats my plan for tomorrow. It shouldn't have any boost leaks because I just installed upper and lower ic pipes, a new intercooler, and a mbc.

Because you just installed those things ,... It will probably have a boost leak , Also make sure your wg is hooked up ..Do a boost leak test
