Ok, so I'm (well a friend of mine is) picking up my new 92 TSi AWD on Friday. The mod list currently is:
Engine:

Manley H Beam Rods
ACL Race Bearings
Polished and Balanced stock crank
Stock Head
BC Titanium Springs and Retainers
BC 272's
Cometic MLS Head-gasket
ARP Main, Head and Rod Studs/Bolts
Timing Belt Kit with less than 3000 miles
New Air Oil Cooler to replace the failing coolant cooled system.
Balance Shafts Removed
New window motors.
Drivetrain:
ACT 2600
ACT 6 Puck
Fidanza Flywheel
4 Bolt Rear
Fuel:
Twin In-Tank Walbro 255's
2 -6 Lines from the pumps to 1 -8 Line to the fuel rail
-6 return to afpr
Aeromotive -6 AFPR
FIC 850's
Turbo Setup/ Induction:
FP3065
JMF revised sheet metal intake manifold
E-Bay 28" Intercooler
Custom Short Route Piping
4" Vibrant Intake
3" GM MAF
40mm Tial Wastegate
Turbo XS Dual Stage MBC
Tuning:
1g MAFT
1g DSMlink V.2
Exhaust:
Full 3" Exhaust
FP 3" V Band Exhaust
DNP Manifold
Suspension/ Brakes:
KYB AGX on all corners
H&R Lowering Springs approx. 1.5"
2 piston 93 Calipers
My question is this: should I get a Mach V/Slowboy stage 5 head, FIC 1150's, Koyo Radiator or a Stage 3 shep tranny rebuild, FIC 1150's, Koyo Radiator... Reason for the radiator is that the car currently runs a little hot ~200 because its still on the stock radiator.. Either way, I'll bet getting the head/tranny rebuild both before Jan. But only one before I get home in Oct. for R&R.
I searched and searched and found that many people don't think an upgraded head is truely needed but... So I figure most of you will say the Tranny,FIC's,and radiator first, especially since it's still on the stock tranny
Also I'm getting 1150's because it'll be tuned for E85
. What kind of times would you think it's capable of with the current and next mods?? I'm thinking High 11's low 12's currently and mid to low 11's after the next mods?? Thanks for all the help guys

. I've pretty much made up my mind though after making the post that I'm going to get the Shep stage 3 rebuild, Koyo radiator, FIC 1150's, Also going to throw a new clutch in.. not sure what clutch..
