Trying to figure out what is the next mod I should do to the car. I just got it a few days ago and right now as it sits it has a few things done to it.
90 TSI AWD
Buschur Big 16g ported/clipped
2.5 " Turboback Buschur Exhaust
MBC
Cone Filter
Walboro 190
Crushed 1g BOV
ACT 2100 Clutch
4 bolt Rear

I was trying to see what mod would give me the most power. It still has stock intake pipe, and all stock intercooler piping. Would that be the best to get right now? Or should I get an AFC and try to get it tuned? I want to get the most for the $$ right now caues I don't have that much.

probably the cheapest mod that does the most would be the intake pipe + air filter... just get one on eBay, they're like $55. you could also get your o2 housing and/or manifold ported; you can do it yourself for like $40. you may also want to do the AVC + tuning. that'd be good.

First of all, if the car isn't tuned get that done first.

Second, I would probably get your o2 housing and manifold ported and then look into a FMIC kit. How much boost are you running?

You need to get larger injectors for that turbo if you want to turn up the boost. At least 550's if not 660's. A fuel management system and data logging equipment. You need to tune your car otherwise your going to run into complications.

Get injectors, then something like SAFC, SAFC2, AEM ems, DSM link. Then tune your car, tuning will give you the most power.

Right now im currently running around 15 psi. Stock fuel seems to be holding it fine no fuel cut and EGTS look good. Don't know if I'm getting any knock so that is kind of scaring me. So I'll probably turn it down a little. I was thinking I should go with an AFC and get it tuned because it seems like it should feel alot better then it does right now. Intake pipe and intercooler piping is pretty cheap. I'll prolly go with that and get the AFC then go get it tuned. No use in getting it tuned with stock intake and piping then getting that and having to get it redone.

There is use in tuning it w/out an intake and IC pipes. Knock will still occur with or without those pipes. Tuning it after getting those pipes is not going to be too hard. I suggest tuning your car first thing. It will prevent problems before they occur.

Who needs hard piping when you have blown motor? Just be careful, but I would really suggest tuning it ASAP.
