Newbie post upgrading questions

Okay i got a 3" downpipe. I need a catback exhaust but what else do i need?

And also i have a fmic i want to install, but the piping is also 3" with a knock off hks bov what will i have to do to make it work?
because the stock intercooler piping is to small for the bov the 3" piping will fit the knock off bov but it wont fit the stock manifold it goes into or the turbo. im very confused on how all this works so any help is much appreciated

can somebody just tell me how to install all this stuff?

For the exhaust you dont "need" anything else. An o2 sensor housing that flows better would help but isnt necesarry in most cases. And for the Front Mount you could just buy a reducing couplers to fit onto the turbo. Did the FMIC setup come with a TB elbow and that isnt fitting on the manifold? Or is the pipng bigger than the stock TB elbow?

whats a tb elbow? the piping doesnt fit onto the stock intake manifold and to the stock turbo because the piping is 3". can u show pictures? i can post pics later of the stuff i have

These kits that don't fit up usually note some modifications will be required to fit your specific vehicle.

All you need to do is get the silicone reducers to go from 3 to the turbo outlet and your throttle body inlet, or throttle body elbow if the I/C piping kit doesn't eliminate it. However, it is likely that 3 in piping will be overkill for the setup your currently running and will cause a drop in pressure in the system.

The exhaust if your installing by yourself will require some new hangers, a gasket from the o2 sensor housing to the dp.

Good luck. Don't be afraid to experiment with that piping on the I/C situation to get it hooked up. It's a nice easy project that is a good place to start.
