Newb question about BSEK

I'm trying to time the longblock I picked up and it has a BSEK. Does this mean I don't have to worry about timing marks on the oil pump? If so I'd just time #1 at TDC and cams with dowel pins up correct?

The timing marks on the oil pump sprocket don't have to be lined up any more.

Yep, no need to worry about lining up the oil pump. I personally always line them up just for the sanity of doing it, but as long as the crank and cams are good the oil pump doesn't matter.
