Right now my car is on koni shocks with h&r spings lowered 1 inch. On 18 x 8s.

I have about a 1inch of gap that i want to get rid of. Basically want to slam my car but not to much where i destroy my bumper.

Heres my idea: Get skunk2 coilovers, or just get eibach sportlines or pro kits. I know with the sportlines it will be pretty low but I was wondering if my koni shocks could handle it?

If you want the car slammed without rubbing and still want handling, look into a high quality coilover kit, or a custom made one.
