New problem, no hazards no turn signals

Ok so i am still having the problem with my gauges, but now i have no turn signals or hazards. The fuse is ok ive tried like 4 different ones in it, but they were working fine this morning then i stop to get gas and go to leave and bang no turn signals. I dont know what it can be i checked the fuse like i said and its fine, but i dont understand how it can just stop working.

Yea, but how do you test a relay...and also how do you know which ones run through that system

I should probably also mention that it doesnt make the clicking noise either. i went to get a flasher today, but the local store had every one except the one i need, so i am confused, but can't get the car inspected without signals
