I did a 6 bolt swap with a 7 bolt head, I got the motor all done and ready to start, it fired up and idled fine but I gave it gas and it died. Now it just cranks and won't start, its getting fuel and spark. It has the 1g cas and just a downpipe, the rear o2 isn't hooked up to the exhaust. Will that cause it? Any info will be awesome, its a 97 gsx manual with a 16g, I have 750cc injectors but have stock 450's in atm

A safc once I get it and a kunal tune, just wanna get it to run again before tune then ill swap in the 750's

Since you already had it running this shouldn't be a prob, but did you set up the wiring system for the 1G CAS on the 2G? You have to switch the injector wires so the fire right, and the plug wires, as well. You can get all the info from roadraceengineering.com. How long did it idle for?

It's a 97 so I didn't change anything, it ran awesome for about 2 minutes then I went to rev it a lil then it died and won't fire back up, just cranks. I wired the cas right. It's getting spark, could the timing be off or a ecm issue? Bad cas?

Well I found out the main bolt that holds the balancer on backed out and the whole thing slid out to the frame, belt is still on, how would I be able to get it to slide back in? my guess that slid out and the motor shut off from no oil pressure

Not positive, but I believe the only way it would just down due to no oil pressure is 'lock up'
If the crank sprocket came out far enough for it to slip off the keyway, then that could explain it. I would expect you might have more than just retorquing in your future tho, if that happened.
Does it crank over normal? In other words, does it seem to spin over real easy and faster than usual? Perhaps a quick compression check would be a good idea, or even just recheck your timing marks.
If all is well, you might be able to tap the balancer and sprockets back on, but a tear down would be the best option.
