This is a log from our 8sec EVO and you can see how much boost is lost on the shifts. I have the EVO also running low boost through 1st gear to help with traction.

Awesome, good job guys. Its great to know that Auto's arent a waste. Virtually zero loss of boost & perfect shifts makeup in the long run. Keep up the great work

I'm not a NOS expert but how are you only spraying NOS out of the hole, does this mean your NOS is going while you are staged and then runs for like 1st gear and then shuts off?

Last time I checked it ran ethanol

I'm not a NOS expert but how are you only spraying NOS out of the hole, does this mean your NOS is going while you are staged and then runs for like 1st gear and then shuts off?

I maybe wrong but I beleave they use it to help spool the turbo up off the line. ...

The AEM shuts the N20 off at 22psi right now. Has to be over 90% TPS to turn it on.

stupid question but you still have to use a scatter shield with autos? I suppose it would be a great idea. I suppose any regular scatter shield made works just fine?

They don't have a scatter shield for autos. I just modded a 5 speed shield to work.

I finally found the limits of the drive train. I threw my first case Saturday morning. The launch was like no other that I've done even with the 5 spd. Breaking in the first 25 feet I still cut a 1.5 60 ft though. My first warm up pass was 9.1 @ 153 mph. man this car is so consistent it's scary. It really has put the fun back into racing for me. We are doing the Pinks Arm Drop this next weekend july 4-5. Those of you local should come and watch. Jeff

Good luck! I have yet to enjoy my auto or at least the consistent part My stall was going out when I bought the car in the beginning and I had to use nitrous to get it past 2k while stalling up haha. I'd run a 12.0 then a 15.0 then a 13.0 then a 16.0, it was annoying. So I've spent the past year completely doing everything to this car before I take it out again.

I had a feeling you'd have to mod it to make it work. Your the only person I've seen running one. Do you happen to use kigglys flex plate on your setup?

Also I dont think your running a blow thru setup, are you running SD?

Last but not least, have any pics of your catch can setup?

To simplify my set up I choose AEM to tune and shift the car. You speak of not being able to stall your car up over 2000. try using a small shot of n2o to get you over the hump. I'd like to see around a dry 65 shot to simplify the setup. With my car I was using a 65 shot was able to flash over 5k and sustain 1.4 60 ft with ease. Also you converter stall may be holding you back as well.
