I just installed a air intake on my '93 Eclipse n/t, but the maf sensor wont fit into the air filter. How can i fix that or what can i do to my maf sensor so the ecu will read it?? Any suggestions??

You can also use the K&N direct replacement filter which is a lot nicer than stock and cut the "can" off the air can so you just have a ring to hold the air filter down to the back half of your stock air can with the MAF in it. Check out my gallery I have it set up just as I explain.
