New inj. do i need a tuner?

If i get some bigger injectors do i need to tune it? The reason i ask is because i think i have lifter tick, yet it might be the injectors because one time i went to rev my engine( ) and it had like fuel cut, it went to about 4 grand then crapped out, it was wierd(also when i first started the car but still) so i am going ot replace those, and i figured why not just get some bigger ones. Will i need a Safc or soemthing to tune with?

Definately cause you will probably be running really rich if when you put in the injectors.

Figured that, i meen..bigger opening, more fuel = running rich..but i wanted to make sure
