new gst

[cannondale440]

i just got a 97 gst, it has rebuilt motor with out balance shafts.it has brand new head with valves,springs,cams ect.it has the stock turbo on it with stock bov.it run good but what mods can i do to wake this thing up?this is my first turbo charged car.dont really no that much. anything would be helpfull, thanks mike
