New g4cs 2.4 what turbo should I run

Whats up guys I just installed my 2.4 G4CS and debating on what turbo to run.
I have about 800-900 dollar budget must be bolt on and internal wastegate for now.

My mods
2.4 G4CS ( eagle rods, Wiesco 8.8:1, ARP mains and head bolts)
Fp2 Cams
880 injectors
dsm link v3
fluid dampner
walbro 255

Any Suggestions ?

Yea for the money you cant beat the HX40....There a great turbo I know my buddy from WV, Ricky he has a 2.4L stroker with an hx40 and hes running 45 psi+ car runs amazing

You bought that motor from Sam didn't you..

If so the turbo that was ran on that motor 2 owners before him was a 40r. It was a decently performing car.

yeah i got it from Sam, He got it from a dsmtunners member peregrine, Looks like it wasn't used much because I opened it up before I installed it and everything looks new. It was set up for rear wheel drive. What car did you see it in?

A freind of mine has a 20G on his 2.3L (8.5:1) and it spools VERY quickly and pulls like no one's business up top.

What Power are you aiming for and how much boost will you be running?
