new exhaust manifold bolts!!

alright i just got some of these new exhaust manifold bolts, and gasket, how the hell do i replace the old ones, I have one bolt that already snapped off. how do i get the new bolts to go in the engine block??

Do you mean studs? To drive a stud into your head, but two nuts on the stud and tighten them together using two wrenches (turn one like you are loosening it and turn the one farthest away from the head like you were tightening it). Then start tightening the one farthest away from the head and it will start driving the stud into the head. Then using the two wrenches again, loosen them and take them both off.
