Exhaust Manifold Bolts

I have managed to break one of the exhaust manifold bolts off on the turbo. What can be used to drill those danm things out. I have now went through just about every bit I have. I even went and bought some "cobalt" bits and it just eats them up.
Somebody please let me know of some thing that will drill them out. :cry:
 
I assume you mean that the bolt is broken off and a piece is still inside the turbine housing.

These bolts are very hard steel. You *might* be able to use an extractor to get it out; I had it happen before and the piece of bolt wouldn't come out. If you plan to keep using the housing you might take it to a machine shop and have them do it ..
