New egr, now very low idle. Any ideas?

So my car was running a little funny before I narrowed the issue down to the egr. throwing codes,vibrations in 5th, and not passing emissions. But low idle was not a problem. When I put the new egr valve on all those other problems went away but now I have very low idle--( under 400)....The car runs fine and pulls great until your in neutral or have the clutch pushed in, almost dies. Any ideas would be great thanks.

Is that the screw sticking out on the passenger-side of the throttle body?
