I want to bur a bolt on upgrade turbo, turbo mani, bov, waste gate whatever the kit comes with I need to know what the best kit is for me to buy. let me know guys thanks

not much little more power
have fun with with a lightly modded street car
I do not want to have to do any internals, just want to get what i can with bolt ons
I already have full exhaust installed and have a 2g maf i need to install

so you have the stock turbo? if so you may be able to turn up the boost.. after proper maintenance .... trust me you dont want to mess around too much without having supporting mods... id say 190 or 255 fuel pump... but with the 255 you will need a afpr because it will over run your stock regulator... also you should think about getting a metal intake... replace your timing belt if needed..... put attention on the little things and then upgrade your turbo...!!! that just my opinion

You have a lot of research to do. There are so many different paths to take its hard for us to tell you exactly what to get. Definately do your maitenance first and make sure you have the proper supporting mods for that bigger turbo. The most popular turbo upgrade for DSMers is the Evo 3 16g followed buy the hx35. You have a 1g talon so the 16g would be a bolt on but will require some other upgrades to run to its potential. Good luck with your car.

I i just did the timing belt yesterday along with a full tune up

Should I do a fuel pump first and what is a sfe level to turn the boost up to
without hurting anything

Do cheap boost controllers work or should i spend the money and good one?

I am not going to race the car too hard or anything just want to be able to have a little fun.
when i do the turbo upgrade is it worth it to spend the money on a front mount kit
or should i stick with my stock intercooler

can i get a hard pipe that fits with the 2g maf

Maximum safe boost on the stock fuel system is 16psi. If you want to boost more than that you will need something to tune with like DSMlink or an Apexi SAFC. Like Blinky619 said get a Walbro 190 or 255 fuel pump. The 255 will require an adjustable fuel pressure regulator as the stock one will be overrun and make your car run bad. You can probably get away with just the 190 for your goals though. Depending on what you get to tune with you can upgrade to at least 650cc injectors.

You know what just read this it will answer all of your questions Tech Guide: 1G 4G63t Upgrades - DSMtuners.
