I don't think there is anything wrong with my vr intercooler. They've been proven to work great on our cars.
! Nevermind, I think it went over your head.

InfiniteGSX The 3m adhesive is what i used and it held up great for a while then my headliner started to sag a little behind the sunroof. so i decided to redo it and used the same adhesive and some of the glue in areas and it worked fine ever since. I could of done wrong but it looks good now.
probably did go over my head. doesn't take much.
.My opinion of it is, it's rice. It's not real, does not replace the real part and only technicly adds weight, and your paying for it. So, again IMO it's rice.
It's just high quality rice.

Wow, what can I say to a comment like this? Well I'll try. First, these cars came stock with some type of fabric on the panels, do a search for 93 Rx-7 interior problems. Second, it is the weight of the fabric, which is nothing at all. Third, Rice? Are you serious? It's a 500hp pump gas street car that is absolutely beautiful. But yeah, it's rice because it looks good. I guess to be "Not Rice" it has to be hideous right?
-Just wow.....
Oh yeah, and I guess my stock seats are rice also since they match the cf perfectly. They come stock with a type of cf pattern... Silly Japanese rice seat makers...
I was referring to the num nuts putting it on there dash, arm rest etc. Overlays replace nothing so they add weight. Yea sure go replace your headliner and cloth paneling on your doors etc. (Referring to DSM's since this is uh, DSM website) smile be happy about it. I don't give a shit. The OP asked for opinions, I gave mine. You don't like it, thats great I don't care.I was referring to the num nuts putting it on there dash, arm rest etc. Overlays replace nothing so they add weight. Edit. And to your comment about it not weighing anything, while it's weight might be negligible, a OVERLAY since you want to nit pick. Is adding material that was not previously there. It's fake and your paying money for it. So IMO it's rice. /end However if it's aesthetics's please your eye that much over the OEM interior go right ahead my friend. As I said above, OP asked, I gave my opinion, in the end it's your car, you like it do whatever and be happy about it.

It actually weights nothing... Think about it, 1st you remove the old fabric and glue and then you install new fabric and glue.... 0 - 2 + 2 = 0
How is it fake??? I'm pretty sure it's exactly what it claims to be, fabric with a pattern.
And like I said before do a search for the 93 interior. It literally bunches up and falls apart. Guess I should taken that $50 and bought a GO FAST PART.
Again, I am referring to OVERLAYS! How many times do I have to say it? If your replacing the original part then whatever thats great. But adding it on top of a dash, armrest or centerconsole is wait lets do the math OEM part + ### aftermarket fake shit = more weight.
You keep twisting it to look how you want. Because you have already made up your mind about this stuff. I am not let me say that again NOT referencing replacing OEM cloth with this shit. Yea, I will agree no weight added there. But then thats NOT what I was talking about. (see above)
It's fake because, oh wait it's NOT real CF! Which is exactly what it is designed to imitate. In my mind it's no different than someone putting a CF sticker over there OEM hood. If I had seats, cloth panels etc that need to be re-covered, I would just re-cover them. Sometimes to some people, restomod styled cars just look nicer.
P.S. Don't get all pissy about this, this is my last response to this thread. You asked for opinions. I gave mine, you don't like it, fine then do whatever the hell you want. Like I already said I really don't care. If you like it, it's your car, you go do whatever you want to it and be happy about it. In short "To each there own"
